At the occasion of the next Asia-Pacific Community-based Inclusive Development (CBID) Congress, AIFO/Italy and Teegsh Niigem/Mongolia in collaboration with CBM/Germany are organising a Pre-Congress Workshop. It will be held on Monday 1 July 2019 at Shangrila Hotel, the congress venue.
The workshop will be a mix of plenary and group discussions in 3 broad areas:
The aim of the workshop is to promote sharing of experiences and provide an additional learning opportunity to persons engaged in implementing CBR-CBID in the field.
The Pre-Congress workshop will be held from 9 AM to 5 PM on Monday 1 July 2019 at Shangrila hotel in Ulaan Baatar, Mongolia.
The workshop will have a maximum of 100 participants (50 persons from Mongolia and 50 external participants).
The registration for the workshop will be on first-come-first-served basis. If seats are available, persons can also register at the workshop venue on 1 July 2019. After the first 50 persons will be registered, other persons wishing to participate will be put on a waiting list. Therefore, persons wishing to participate in this workshop are advised to register as soon as possible.

All the persons accepted for the workshop will receive a confirmation by email. If you do not receive a confirmation, we can not guarantee your participation in the workshop.
The workshop is being organised as a no-profit initiative and registration fee is needed to cover the actual costs.
The registration fee for workshop participation is USD 100 $. It will cover the costs for hall rent, simultaneous translation, workshop materials, 2 tea/coffee breaks and a lunch.
The participants will be asked to pay this fee in cash at the workshop venue and will receive a receipt for the payment.
The workshop registration fee does not cover the costs for the hotel stay, international and local travel costs, which will need to be covered by the participants themselves.
